From the very first query, Andrew was extremely responsive and helpful to us as we set out on our project. Having been refused planning previously (with a different Consultant), we were a little hesitant, however having spoken to Andrew, he gave us the confidence to know we could still design the home we wanted and get our Planning. Having re-applied with Andrew’s fresh design and with his attention to detail, we got planning straightaway! In the design stage Andrew made everything so easy and, managed to get our complete wish list incorporated into the design!
