This Consultation will be on site. This can be advantageous if there are a number of different options for a greenfield site and you would like to get advice on the positives and negatives of each option and which site may have the greater potential for a successful Planning Application. For existing buildings that require alterations / extension, a site visit can be very helpful to get a greater understanding of the existing spaces and how different spaces interact. All of the same issues will be discussed at this Consultation, such as massing and scale of your development, advice on orientation, energy efficiency measures etc..
